Yesterday was extremely hectic, but luckily I didn’t let it sway my decisions to eat the right things. Today might be the same amount of craziness, but that’s okay I can handle it!
This morning at the gym I did the CrossRamp for 15 minutes, 200 crunches, and a few tricep and shoulder machines. Andddd for breakfast was a bagel thin and almond, peanut & cashew butter.

Intake 7/08
Well I only made it to 1,000 today (still working on increasing my breakfast intake). And I’m posting early because I won’t be back from work until after midnight. Not working out much today (just did the stairs and walking to and from work).
