Morninggg

Yesterday was extremely hectic, but luckily I didn’t let it sway my decisions to eat the right things. Today might be the same amount of craziness, but that’s okay I can handle it!

This morning at the gym I did the CrossRamp for 15 minutes, 200 crunches, and a few tricep and shoulder machines. Andddd for breakfast was a bagel thin and almond, peanut & cashew butter.

Oh and I promised myself I wouldn’t weigh in unless it was Wednesday, but today I gave in and I’m totally bummed. It was at 198 and I seriously have been working so hard and only had one mess-up day but that was on Monday before the weigh in… so I don’t know what’s going on.
