Well it kind of depends on how I’m feeling. I like to go to the gym at least 3-5 times a week. Also, I walk to and from work (5 times a week) and that’s 2 miles right there (300 cals).
At the gym I usually do the treadmill for at least a mile and the CrossRamp for 10-15 mins. I also try to fit in weights at least 2-3 times a week.
If I don’t have work I do at least a mile on the treadmill and maybe 30 minutes on the CrossRamp and lots of weights.
Most importantly, I never spend a whole day inactive.
And honestly, I switch it up so often and find new things I enjoy and push myself harder each time, so I don’t really have a set thing I do, haha.
