You should go to the tumblr bendoeslife and check out his Do Life Tour because he's going around and hosting free 5k runs in LA in 2 weeks and SF the week after! I'll be doing the one in LA on July 23 :) but definitely check out bendoeslife because this guy is so amazing and inspiring and you get to like meet him and talk to him and run alongside him at the 5ks. really cool.
